Down to 165 lbs today! I continue to inch closer and closer to my final weight loss goal of 158 lbs...and I'm still loving what I'm eating!
B - 1 fried egg, broccoli, low-carb ketchup
L - smoked turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato, mayo low-carb wrap
S - peanuts
D - blackened chicken with Ranch dipping sauce, spinach with grated Romano cheese
60 oz of water
