Wednesday's Menu
Down ANOTHER pound today to go down to 168lbs! I'm easily the lightest I've been since college. You gotta love losing fat - while eating fat!
Here's today's menu:
B - 2 fried eggs, 1 sausage patty, low-carb ketchup
L - WaWa roasted chicken salad w/bacon, tomato, & ranch dressing
S - handful of peanuts
D - 3 links of turkey sausage w/fat/carb/calorie/sugar free BBQ sauce (yum!)
About 80oz of water today!
